Oxygene Finance

Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Before public launch. These terms apply now. We may still change them before public launch, and if we do we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version.

The short version. Oxygene Finance is a place to keep track of your household's money and model where it is heading. You type in (or import) your own figures; we store them, do the arithmetic, and show you the results. It is not financial advice, it does not connect to your bank, and it never moves money. Your data is yours: you can export it or close your account whenever you like. There is a free plan and a paid plan, bought on our website.

1. Who we are

Oxygene Finance is provided by Oxygene Group Ltd. Oxygene Finance is a service of Oxygene Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15954292). Registered office: A4g Suite Nepicar House, London Road, Wrotham Heath, Kent, TN15 7RS, United Kingdom. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Oxygene Group Ltd, and "you" means the person who holds the account.

You can reach us at support@oxygene.xyz, or see Support.

2. What the service is

Oxygene Finance is a tracker and planner for UK household finances, available on the web at finance.oxygene.xyz and as a mobile app. It lets you record accounts, balances, investments, pensions, property, budgets and the people in your household, and it projects those figures forward — for example, towards retirement.

Some things it deliberately does not do:

Where the service shows market prices, exchange rates or property estimates, those come from third-party public sources. They are there to save you typing and can be late, missing or wrong. Check anything that matters against the original source.

3. Information, not financial advice

Oxygene Finance provides information, not financial advice. Figures are estimates based on what you enter and on assumptions you can change. For decisions that matter, a regulated financial adviser or an accountant can look at your whole situation.

In particular:

The decisions you make are yours. A significant decision — a pension transfer, a large withdrawal, a property sale, anything with a tax deadline — often depends on things this service cannot see. Free, impartial help is available from MoneyHelper (moneyhelper.org.uk), including Pension Wise for people aged 50 or over with a defined contribution pension.

4. Your account

5. Your data

The financial information you put into Oxygene Finance belongs to you. You give us permission to store it and process it only so we can run the service for you — to save it, calculate with it, back it up, and show it back to you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it except as our Privacy Policy describes.

You can take a copy of everything you have entered at any time (Settings → Take your data with you); for anything else we hold about you, email us. You can close your account at any time (Settings → Close your account). The Privacy Policy explains exactly what happens to your data, including in backups, when you do.

If you record details about other people — a partner, children, other family members — you are responsible for doing so reasonably: only what you need to manage your household's finances.

Sharing your household

If you invite someone to see your household, they see everything in it, including what you have recorded about other people. Invite only people those others would be comfortable with. If someone invites you, what you see is theirs: keep it to yourself, use it only to help them, and do not pass it on. Either of you can end the sharing at any time.

6. Using the service fairly

Please do not:

If an account is being used in a way that puts the service or other people at risk, we may suspend it. Unless the risk is urgent, we will tell you first and give you the chance to explain or to export your data.

7. Plans and payment

Oxygene Finance has a free plan and a premium plan. What each includes is described on our website at the time you sign up or buy. The free plan is free with no time limit; we will not start charging for it without asking you.

Buying premium

Renewals and cancelling

Your right to change your mind

If you are a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel and get a refund. Because premium is a digital service that starts straight away, if you cancel within those 14 days we may deduct a fair amount for the time you have already used.

If premium ends

If your premium plan ends — because you cancelled, a payment failed, or a fixed term ran out — your account moves to the free plan. Nothing you have entered is deleted. Premium-only pages become unavailable until you buy premium again, and everything you entered is still there when you do. You can export all of it on the free plan.

If we stop offering premium

If we withdraw the premium plan or close the service, we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

8. Availability and backups

We work hard to keep Oxygene Finance running and your data safe, and we take nightly backups. But we cannot promise the service will always be available or free of faults, and we may need to take it offline for maintenance, usually briefly and, where we can, with notice.

Backups exist to recover from failures on our side. They are not a substitute for your own copy: you can export your data at any time, and we encourage you to do so occasionally.

9. Changes to the service and these terms

The service will change as we improve it. If we make a change that materially reduces what you are paying for, you can cancel and receive a refund of the unused part of your current period.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the app will ask you to accept the new version. If you do not agree, you can close your account before then. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed.

10. Ending the agreement

11. Our responsibility to you

What we promise. We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. If we do not, and you lose out as a result, you may be entitled to a remedy under consumer law.

What the service is. Oxygene Finance provides information, not personal financial advice. Its figures are projections and estimates based on what you enter and on assumptions you can change; they are not guarantees, and investments can fall as well as rise.

If a result is wrong because we made a mistake in our calculations, tell us: we will fix it, and our responsibility for any loss is limited as set out below. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses caused by figures you entered, by third-party prices or estimates, by acting on a result without reading the limits listed on that page, or by events outside our reasonable control.

Indirect losses. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss — loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our mistake when you started using the service — or for loss of profit or business opportunity.

A limit. To the extent the law permits, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose or, if you have not paid us anything, £100.

What we never exclude. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation — and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. We would always rather sort a problem out directly first — please get in touch.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
